Yes. One dog is welcome for an additional pet fee, and the house has a private backyard under the oaks.
Up to 8 guests: two king bedrooms, one double bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the study, with two full bathrooms, all on a single level.
Yes. There is off-street parking on the property.
Yes. There is a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and longer stays are welcome.
About 2 miles. The Riverwalk, the Tampa Convention Center and Benchmark International Arena are a short drive, as are Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium.
Yes. A crib, high chair, kids' dishes, books and toys are on hand, and the whole house is on one level.
No smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Three exterior security cameras record video and audio at the front door, the driveway and the back yard. There are no cameras inside the home.
