Adélie Cottage is a vacation rental home at 1312 South Moody Avenue, Tampa, FL, owned by 1312 Moody Tampa Real Estate LLC, doing business as Adélie Cottage ("Adélie Cottage," "we," "us"). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of this website

This website provides information about Adélie Cottage for guests and prospective guests. Reservations are made through our booking site or through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, and each reservation is governed by the house rules, cancellation policy and terms presented at the time of booking. We try to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee that availability, pricing or descriptions are error-free.

2. SMS Terms

Program name: Adélie Cottage Operations Messages, administered by Cory Sorice, Manager, on behalf of 1312 Moody Tampa Real Estate LLC d/b/a Adélie Cottage.

Program description: When you opt in, Adélie Cottage sends operational text messages to cleaners, maintenance and repair technicians and other service providers who work at the property: turnover and cleaning schedules, repair and maintenance requests, access and arrival coordination, and replies to your questions. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in: Text TEAM to (813) 859-6914 (described at adeliecottage.com/text-us). Opting in is not a condition of doing business with Adélie Cottage.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text TEAM or START to (813) 859-6914.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the extent permitted by law, Adélie Cottage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the SMS program.
